We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with color/texture once the product has been opened or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours and will respond back within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

• Email: admin@justlikepearls.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will happily send a replacement item or issue store credit if your claim is approved.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

• You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused (except in cases of damage/defect).

• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

• We will respond back within 7 business days.

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
